The reason for the two stars is because it took forever to get the only reason I got it was because I called and complained funny how an hour later after I call I get a tracking number it had been almost 2 months since I bought this mug. The mug it self is very nice they do very nice work, word of advice if you do buy this mug keep up on them with the tracking number Or else they will forget about it.
