Your e-mail updates were extremely behind the shipping. :D I received the 'we have shipped your order' mail exactly at the delivery day and was confused because I wasn't expecting a package from another country at this moment (because the mugs had no status change yet...). And yesterday I recieved an e-mail from paypal that the shop had changed the status of the order to 'shipped'. The product was delivered 17 days ago. I was confused again until I checked the name, the price and the order - everything was fulfilled days ago. Maybe you should update the processing steps a bit more on time.
