When I ordered this product the website said "order now for Christmas delivery!" But the product arrived a full 10 days after Christmas. They tried to blame USPS but I could see from the USPS website that even by Christmas Eve they hadn't received it from the shipper. They then refused to refund my shipping charges and were very unprofessional in emails. I think this comes from China, so I doubt anyone will actually see this review.
The product itself was great and as advertised. Just, if you order, give yourself over a month to receive it.
My family loved it! My wife was so happy I got this for her. My sister wants one. My nephew and mother in law want them too...with their own pets.
I ordered two of these a what I thought was tan and red. I was very worried because they don’t send proofs but they came out perfect. The colors are more vibrant in person, the tan ended up being light pink and the red, very dark. Overall I would order another one and highly recommend!
