I was hoping they would replace it for free due to the short amount of time I have had it, but they will not unless I pay an added fee. I am now not only very disappointed with the quality but also the service. Sadly, I would not recommend this product or company based on my experience.

I have ordered three, one still in transit. I have one and my best friend I bought one. Both kids broke by the 2nd use. The white part that opens to drink. Hard to use a travel mug with no lid.
I found Moosfy scrolling through Facebook, they had an ad for personalized tumbler cups. The one I wanted to purchase was a gift for my adult daughter, with images resembling her and 2 of her horses. After being burned by other compaines selling on Facebook, I actually showed the gift to my daughter before I bought it. I told her, 'I want you to see this before I order it, in case it shows up and it's a disaster!' (She laughed knowing about my other issues) To say we were delightfully surprised is an understatement!! The cup was EXACTLY pictured when we ordered it. The names and images were perfect. To top it off, the product itself, in this case the travel tumbler, is well made (not flimsy) and works well for hot or cold beverages. Thank you Moosfy for restoring our outlook on online shopping!!

Bought my daughter this tumbler for Christmas - it’s great to look at but doesn’t keep anything hot for very long. Disappointed as it’s not cheap.
Wrote a previous review and gave it 1 star. When I submitted it changed it to 5. Go figure. Horrible!!
Don’t waste your time. Ordered the custom horse tumbler for my daughter. She used it 2 times and it started peeling. Hand washed only. Reached out to customer service several times and got no response. Cute in the picture but not worth it!!
