customer service is terrible I have asked about my product 2 times. Some did reply (with poor grammar) and the status was changed to shipped with no tracking number. Over a month and I still have not received my product.

I have yet to receive the cup and it's been a month kinda disappointed cause it was a bridesmaid gift to my little sister but at this point I don't know if I'll even get in time for my wedding. I reached out to someone and they shipped it but it still doesn't have tracking info. I get they can be busy but at least let me know and put tracking info. Other wise product looks like it'll be awesome!
This was a gift to my daughter who had recently lost one of her horses.. It was perfectly done as ordered, she loved it.
Horrible shipping I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Shipping should not take this long whether or not there is a virus especially if they are so called in the US. I do not believe they are located in the US as their one page states Viteman. I even question if this is a legitimate business or a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
