Love the quality of my personalized tumbler! The coloring and length of hair were perfect. Now, just need to work on getting back into shape so I can match the curves. ;-) P.S. The horses look awesome!!
I ordered a mug and it's cute, don't get me wrong but the images are not very clear. My horse is a bay horse and the detail on the horse decal makes it look like a brown "blob". And our names are only legible if you're right on top of the mug. Not very detailed. I was a little disappointed in communication regarding shipping. I got the shipment notification but then it never shipped for like 2 weeks. Whole process took long for something with decals put on a mug.
Took 2 months to get it with no tracking info but when it finally did arrive it was perfect!
