The horse mug is absolutely delightful, however the courier company gave me more than grief...didn't deliver to my address and were rude on the phone. I only live 1000m away from their cut off point. Then I had to wait another week to pick it up myself at a public destination...very inconvenient. Please choose a delivery company that actually delivers to peoples addresses.
