My tumbler is very cute and I am overall pleased with my purchase. I love the picture and the personalization. However, it took just over a month for it to arrive after I placed my order, which was a lot longer than I anticipated. I also noticed that the actual picture on it is not the most sharp - there are parts that appear "fuzzy." At the price point I paid for this tumbler I would have expected higher quality regarding the quality of the image, but I still love that it's custom and an otherwise great drawing of me and my pony.
