I ordered a custom tumbler as a surprise BD gift 6 weeks before the date needed. I received notification that my order was complete and prepared to ship 10 days after submitting my order. I continued to check for shipping status with no success. I emailed numerous times without receiving a reply. Five weeks after placing the order, I sent an email to Moosfy and PayPal to express my unhappiness in the lack of customer service. PayPal responded to my complaint and contacted Moosfy. Seven weeks after my initial order, I received an email from Moosfy with a lame excuse but promised to complete the order. The custom tumbler arrived two weeks after my daughter’s BD and I was happy with the product results. The customer service, not so much.

J’ai acheté 2 tasses avec des noms différents. J’ai reçu une tasse correcte mais l’autre avec le mauvais nom de cheval (le même que sur la première tasse) très déçu

It took far too long and an email to find out when my order would gone over a month after getting an email saying my order was being prepared for shipping is when I emailed back asking why I had yet to get it. Even after that it took another 3 weeks to actually receive it
