The colors pictured when I designed the tumbler did not match the cup I received. I wrote the company, and they refused to do anything to help me and only made an excuse. The black horse looked like a black shadow instead of as they pictured it online with detail. I asked for my money back, and they never responded. It still sits in the box. A girl does not lead a shadow, she leads a horse. Waste of money, and I had to buy a different gift last minute from a different company, but they got their money, so they don't care.
