I'm in Ireland so went by the size guide as it was supposed to be for Christmas went a bigger size to be careful and it was still too small, emailed the customer service to see can I order another one and get their advice still no email received

Cute hoodie, but way smaller than expected. And since it’s customized, they won’t let me exchange for a bigger size. Only offered me a discount on a replacement. Thanks, but no thanks. I already spent $60 on a hoodie that won’t fit. Disappointed.
I wasn’t pleased with the 2 sweatshirts that I got. I loved the design however the printing was very dull! They looked like they had been washed 20 times. Won’t order again
Ordered from their ad on FB, which can be sketchy, but not only did Moosfy respond to my special request within hours, but they kept me informed through my orders processing. This quality hoodie arrived in excellent time and was customized as expected.
Size up! The size chart is very off. The hoodie I received is a full 2 inches shorter than indicated. I now have a $56 hoodie that I cannot use and Moosfy won’t do anything about it. Be very careful with the sizing before placing your custom non-returnable order!!
