I keep getting emails saying “Hi, X amount of days ago we fulfilled your order please take the time to write us a review.” Which prompted this.
I would love to leave a review but it has been 28 days since I placed my order and I still don’t have a product to review. It’s August 24th and I haven’t seen an update on the status of my order is since August 5th. I’ve talked to customer service and they say it’s on it’s way but cannot provide me with a tracking update.
Maybe don’t send me multiple emails wanting a review until I have my items?
I’m really disappointed since not only was I charged in USD without it being clearly outlined (my bad for not double checking that’s fine still frustrating to see you bought something almost twice as expensive as originally intended) but they advertise 5-8 business days for most orders and I had hoped my order would be here for my sister’s birthday last weekend. Had I known it would take over 20 business days, I would have chosen a different and more affordable gift instead of telling my little sister “I’m sorry your gift is still in the mail”.
I got a pair of sunglasses instead...I never received the sisters forever shirt with our names on it. I am looking up the tracking number now.
I haven’t received anything from you guys yet. I’m still waiting for the 2 shirts I ordered in July. Thanks for keeping me up dates
