This product is cute but really fuzzy. It looks nothing like the picture. The colors are very faded as well. It looks like I've had the cup for years and ran it through the dishwasher a million times. I've ordered a couple of these mugs for family members (that came out fantastic - clear, bright..) so when I saw this for my best friend who loves Harry Potter I just had to have it. I was a little disappointed when I received it. But I'm sure she will still like it. Hey, Its the thought that counts! :)

I ordered one for my sister, who got me into Harry Potter. When I received it, the picture on the mug seemed smaller than what was pictured on the site. The colors also seemed somewhat muted. I am glad that I got it, but I am not going to pay for another one.
