The design is adorable. The customization options are great and the preview feature is amazing--I was so excited to receive this mug after seeing the preview. Unfortunately the printing is very low quality. The image is faded and not super sharp (you can see slight pixelation around the edges of the image) and my design had horrible "banding" across it, so there are stripes across the picture (see photo). I would be OK with a slightly faded image but the banding is unacceptable. It is extremely disappointing that such an expensive mug, meant to be a special keepsake, has cheap, low-quality printing. As a side note, not related to the star rating, it would be great if you could order duplicate mugs and ship them to different locations. You would think that would be a standard feature with custom mugs involving multiple people, because you'd think most people would order one for each person included in the mug design, but nope... I had to go back and precisely re-create a second mug to send to my BFF and hope that I caught all the details so they actually matched... and then process a second order so it could be shipped directly to her.
I absolutely LOVE my mug! There were so many options to choose from. it looks so beautiful. Will definitely order again in the future.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I’d have selected that. I was super excited about this product and ordered it weeks ago. But I have yet to receive it. So, 0 stars until I receive what I paid for.
