My order came damaged and I was so upset because it looked beautiful and just what I wanted. My email was answered immediately, and a replacement was sent and arrived in a timely manner. I can’t wait to hang this up and remember my sweet boy every day when I look at it.

The design and the scenery is adorable, the name is spelled right as well.
But I don’t love what it’s made of (feels like really light wood)- the part that reflects light isn’t glass, not sure what it is.
The design doesn’t match up. So there’s an out layer (the layer that reflects light) and an inner layer- the personalized part- they don’t line up, so I guess when placed on top of each other they just didn’t line it up very well. And whatever the outter layer is made of, it’s rough so things easily stick to it. You can ever see much of the glue that was used.
So not worth the $30+ I paid. I’d go elsewhere to commemorate your beloved animal.
I got a memorial cat piece... And in the photos on the website, the wood is painted black. I got my hanging memorial, and it is just bare wood. I thought it was supposed to be painted like in the photos.
