I absolutely loved the custom design of 4 horses and the riders with hats. Customer service was amazing in facilitating exactly what I wanted.
The only thing aI was disappointed-in was the size of the cup. I bought the bigger size thinking it was alot smaller than it was.

Cup was exactly what I wanted, chatted with them to help hats since they didn’t show in options and received finished cup fast

The mug was very cute and is nice quality. However. I ordered it in November to be a Christmas gift. I just received it on January 3. I was very disappointed in the shipping time. The company responded quickly to my emails, but they basically just kept saying it was in transit. I ordered 2 other items.and they did come in time. I know it isn't completely in the company's hands. Still very dissapointing to get it so late. I had to buy her another Christmas.gift. I guess I'll give this to her for her birthday.

I ordered a "Thank God for horses and friends" mug because my bf has a strong faith and we ride Morgans that are 1/2 sisters. Of course I customized the images to look like us going down the trail together. It will be her Christmas present, but it's such a lovely mug and I'm pleased with the way it came out that I want to give it to her early. I'll try to be patient. Really, this mug is cute. I recommend ordering. Price a little steep, but she's my bestie. <3
